I do my best to reuse and recycle shipping materials whenever possible. Choosing recycled and repurposed materials helps reduce waste and reflects my love of reuse, upcycling, and giving things a second life.

Frame Shipping Policy

Each piece is carefully packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely. Once a package is in the care of USPS, it is outside of my control, and The Dreamy Phoenix is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

All packages are insured. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the item, the shipping box, and all packaging materials. Please keep the item and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved.

I will assist with filing an insurance claim with USPS. Please note that reimbursement is subject to USPS approval and is not guaranteed.
